Lily Elite Affairs (LEA) caters to all social events to include but not limited to…Birthdays, Anniversaries, Coming of Age parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Bachelorette and Bachelor parties, Family Reunions and more!

When attending a social event we want your guests to be talking about it until the next event you throw.  LEA prides itself on “the experience” we strive to create for you and and guests, so sit back and enjoy your guests while we handle the details!

Standard Services

Included in all packages

  • Complimentary Consultation
  • Phone and/or email correspondence
  • Receipt of deliveries and greeting vendors (Day of)
  • Proper set-up (Day of)
  • Design and layout of event
  • Greeting and directing guests
  • Oversight of musicians
  • Oversight of finishing touches/last minute items
  • Answer any/all questions throughout event
  • Provide special care for host, guest of honor, VIP’s etc.
  • Supervision/communication with all staff to ensure needs are met for all guests
  • Provide cues for everyone involved in special events i.e. toasts, etc.
The Silver Package
  • Management for Day of Services
  • Meetings to discuss event details
  • At least one coordinator present for day of event
  • Detailed Timeline (sent to all necessary vendors)
  • Arrange all vendor appointments 2 months prior to event
  • Review of venue and vendor contracts
  • Assistance with menu selections
  • Setup & Breakdown of Event
The Gold Package
  • Scheduled meetings to discuss event details
  • 2 coordinators present for day of event
  • Vendor search, selection, and correspondence*
  • Detailed Timeline (sent to all necessary vendors)
  • Arrange all vendor appointments
  • Final vendor confirmations and direction
  • Review & Negotiation of venue and vendor contracts
  • Assistance with menu selections
  • Venue search, selection, and correspondence**
  • Budget management and/or supervision
  • Setup & Breakdown of Event
  • Menu design and selection
  • Design and Layout Planning
  • Travel Logistics**
  • Audio/Visual and lighting needs
  • Save-the-Date announcements, invitations and additional promotional materials**
